About ME
I have been weight training for about 1 years now. While on my college’s swim team I was a strength coach for about a year. I have experimented with power lifting and endurance lifting over the years. Spent two years just using body weight exercises and achieved some interesting results.
Over the years I can look back and say I have had some break-throughs….

Bench Press 400lbs (2003)
run 5 min mile for 2 miles (2007)
Deadlift 325 (2009)
